BEN LEIK
A native of Dubuque, Iowa, Ben has been an integral part of Edwards Entertainment Company since 2020. With a background in operations, food & beverage and park management, Ben brings a wealth of experience to his role overseeing maintenance and projects across all company locations.
In his current position, Ben works closely with senior management to ensure that all facilities are operating safely and providing an enjoyable experience for guests. He also plays a key role in the development and implementation of new attractions, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation.
Ben is passionate about training and development, regularly working hands-on with team members to reinforce the company’s commitment to safety and excellence.

ABBY CARY
Abby Cary has been an integral part of Edwards Entertainment Company since 2020. With several years of experience in the family entertainment industry, Abby brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in park operations and leadership. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, from park operations to General Manager, and has played a key role in the company’s successful expansion into new locations.
Today, Abby oversees operations at our Dubuque and Quad Cities locations, where she is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing strong leaders, and fostering a culture of growth and success. Abby is passionate about training and mentoring her team members, empowering them to reach their full potential and contribute to the company’s continued success.
A certified American Red Cross CPR Instructor, Abby also plays a vital role in Edwards Entertainment Company’s training and safety initiatives. She ensures that our parks operate with the highest standards of safety, creating a secure and enjoyable experience for both guests and staff.
One of Abby’s greatest joys is working side-by-side with her team in park operations, where she sees firsthand how her training and leadership translate into the company’s overall achievements. Her commitment to fostering a positive and safe environment makes her a driving force behind the company’s ongoing growth and success.

KIMBERLY HARKEMEYER
With over 8 years of dedicated experience at Edwards Entertainment Company, Kimberly has established herself as a dynamic and influential leader, consistently driving the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Throughout her tenure, Kimberly has worked across several departments, gaining deep insights into various facets of the business. From overseeing Park Operations to stepping into General Management, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and ensuring the delivery of top-tier guest experiences.
Currently, Kimberly serves as the head of Edwards Entertainment’s Cedar Rapids operations, where she oversees The Fun Station Cedar Rapids, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a vibrant, engaging environment for guests of all ages.
Kimberly has also played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion, contributing to the opening of new locations and helping to establish robust systems and operational procedures that support the company’s long-term objectives. Her strategic vision, combined with her hands-on approach, ensures that Edwards Entertainment maintains high standards while adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
